  New York, 31 July 2026 (Nosheen): Pakistan's Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, held consultations with representatives of U.S.-based Pakistani home textile companies to discuss measures aimed at enhancing Pakistan's textile exports and improving the industry's competitiveness in the American market.  Karachi, 31 July, 2026 (Kamran Raja) Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) TAIMUR successfully conducted a Search and Rescue (SAR) operation, rescuing the stranded fishing vessel FV AL JALALI in the North Arabian Sea after it suffered engine failure approximately 120 nautical miles south of Gwadar. The fishing vessel, carrying 19 crew members, including 11 Pakistani and 8 Iranian nationals, was left stranded at sea following an engine malfunction.
