KARACHI, 19 October, 2026 (Ghufran): Pakistani actor Sheheryar Munawar has showered praise on his wife, actress Maheen Siddiqui, revealing that he realised over the past few months that if he had decided to marry, she would have been his only choice. Speaking on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, Munawar described Maheen as a wonderful person and expressed gratitude that their married life had been going well. The actor said his wife managed him exceptionally well, describing the responsibility as a significant task in itself. Discussing the realities of marriage, Sheheryar said one of the biggest challenges was learning to spend time with the same person every day. He noted that couples needed to prepare themselves for spending 16 hours or even more together daily. During the conversation, Ahmed Ali Butt observed that the reality of marriage often begins to sink in during the second week, when a person realises that their spouse will remain a permanent part of their life. Sheheryar agreed, remarking that people are not always prepared for the fact that after marriage, someone will be around them almost all the time. His candid comments offered a glimpse into his experience of married life and highlighted the importance of understanding, adjustment and companionship in a relationship.
