China Pakistan Study Centre (CPSC) at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) organised the inaugural ceremony of ‘China Corner’ at the ISSI Library. The event was graced by Ambasasdor Syed Tariq Fatemi, Special Assistant to Prime Minister/Minister of State (Foreign Affairs), as Chief Guest. Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi has inaugurated the state-of-the-art Immigration and Passports Headquarters and Islamabad Regional Passport Office for the facilitation of the citizens. While addressing this ceremony, he announced that the Islamabad Regional Passport Office will remain open 24/7. Interior Minister stated that there are 14 NADRA Mega Centers in various cities across the country, passport counters will also be made functional at these centres to facilitate the public . He added that model centers for passports will also be established in Karachi and Lahore.
