According to reports, Sheikh Ibrahim Al Madani had been undergoing treatment for an illness before his death, although the cause of death was not immediately disclosed. His funeral prayer is scheduled to be offered after the Asr prayer at the Grand Mosque in Makkah, following which he will be laid to rest at Al-Mualla Cemetery.
