Islamabad, 16 January 2026(Nosheen): The Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) formalized an institutional relationship with Ethiopia's Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA), based in Addis Ababa, by concluding a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
