ISLAMABAD, 13 October, 2026 (Ghufran): Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, visited Islamabad Police Lines and the Pakistan Monument, where he received a warm welcome and a guard of honour from police personnel. During his visit to Islamabad Police Lines, the Russian minister inspected a police parade, while special units presented him with a salute.
