Security Forces Kill Five Indian-Sponsored Terrorists in Balochistan Operation: ISPR

Islamabad, 15 October, 2026 (Kamran Raja): Security forces have killed five terrorists allegedly sponsored by India during an intelligence-based operation in Washuk district of Balochistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). In a statement, the military’s media wing said the operation was conducted on the night of October 12–13, 2026, following reports of terrorist presence in the area. During the operation, security forces swiftly raided and dismantled a terrorist hideout, neutralising five militants described by ISPR as Indian-sponsored members of Fitna al Hindustan. A cache of weapons, ammunition and explosives was also recovered. The statement added that sanitisation operations were underway to locate and eliminate any other terrorists present in the area. ISPR said security forces and law enforcement agencies would continue their counterterrorism campaign under the vision of “Azm-e-Istehkam,” approved by the Federal Apex Committee under the National Action Plan, with the aim of eliminating foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country. The military’s media wing reiterated that counterterrorism efforts would continue with full determination to ensure national security and stability.
