Shell petroleum company intends to sell its stake in shell PakistanShell Pakistan Limited (SPL) on Wednesday announced that its parent company, Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SPCo), has notified its intent to sell its shareholding in SPL. The development was shared by Shell Pakistan in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). “We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Shell Pakistan Limited (SPL), in a meeting of its Board held on June 14, 2023, have been notified by The Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SPCo) of its intent to sell its shareholding in SPL,” read the notice. PAKISTAN NAVY ON HIGH ALERT AMID TROPICAL CYCLONE BIPARJOYPakistan Navy has put all its available resources at high alert with requisite assets to provide assistance to the inhabitants of coastal areas of Sindh in case of any emergency amid Tropical Cyclone BIPARJOY.
