PAK-CHINA JOINT NAVAL EXERCISE SEA GUARDIAN-2023 CULMINATES Closing Ceremony of bilateral exercise Sea Guardian - 2023 between Pakistan Navy and Peoples Liberation Army (Navy) of China was held at Pakistan Navy Dockyard, Karachi.
