ڈاکٹر اسرار احمد ممتاز عالم دین،محقق اور مصنفاپریل14 , 2010 یوم وفات ڈاکٹر اسرار 26 اپریل، 1932ء کو بھارتی ریاست ہریانہ کے ضلع حصار میں پیدا ہوئے۔ قیام پاکستان کے بعد آپ لاہور منتقل ہو گئے اور گورنمنٹ کالج سے ایف ایس سی کا امتحان امتیازی نمبروں سے پاس کیا۔ 1954ء میں انہوں نے کنگ ایڈورڈ کالج سے ایم بی بی ایس کرنے کے بعد 1965ء میں جامعہ کراچی سے ایم اے کی سند بھی حاصل کی۔ آپ نے 1971ء تک میڈیکل پریکٹس کی۔ سیاسی زندگی دوران تعلیم آپ اسلامی جمیت طلبہ سے وابستہ رہے اور فعال کردار ادا کرتے ہوئے ناظم اعلی مقرر ہوئے۔ تعلیم سے فراغت کے بعد آپ نے جماعت اسلامی میں شمولیت اختیار کی۔ تاہم جماعت کی انتخابی سیاست اور فکری اختلافات کے باعث آپ نے اس سے علحیدگی اختیار کرلی اور اسلامی تحقیق کا سلسلہ شروع کر دیا اور 1975ء میں تنظیم اسلامی کی بنیاد رکھی جس کے وہ بانی قائد مقرر ہوئے۔ 1981ء میں آپ جنرل ضیا...
