Ministry of Islamic Affairs of Saudia Arabia introduces Electronic Judging system at King Abdul Aziz International Quran Competition
Ministry of Islamic Affairs of Saudia Arabia Dawah and Guidance has introduced an electronic judging system for the 44th King Abdul Aziz International Competition for the Memorisation, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran.
According to details, the electronic judging system, part of the ministry digital transformation efforts which utilizes cutting edge technology to enhance the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of the competition. The system can also select questions from a preliminary added question data which further organizes the contestants alphabetically, and track recitation scores. It also allows the ministry to resolve any issues encountered by contestants quickly. The final steps of the competition are adjudicated by a panel of experts in Quranic way.
