Promotion of four officers of Pakistan Navy to the rank of Vice Admiral
Vice Admiral Abdul Samad, Vice Admiral Abid Hameed, Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz and Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi are among those promoted. Vice Admiral Abdul Samad is the Commander Naval Strategic Command and Vice Admiral Abid Hameed is performing the duties of Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Material).
Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz assumed the post of Commander Coast and Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi Commander Pakistan Fleet. The promoted officers have extensive experience in command and staff deployments. The promoted officers have been awarded honors in recognition of superior military services.
