Rawalpindi, 20 September, 2026 (Kamran Raja): Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, NI, NI (M), T Bt, visited naval units deployed at sea and in the Creeks Area to review Exercise SEASPARK 2026. The biennial exercise, underway since September 1, is designed to rehearse the full spectrum of maritime operations while testing operational preparedness and the Pakistan Navy’s ability to rapidly transition from peacetime to wartime operations. Reflecting the evolving character of modern warfare, this year’s exercise incorporates Operations in the Information Environment, Multi-Domain Operations and extensive employment of unmanned systems. During his visit, the Naval Chief interacted with participating personnel and commended their professionalism, high morale, operational readiness and resolve to remain invincible at sea.
