Islamabad,18 August 2026(Kamran Raja): The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has introduced a QR Code-based online facility to facilitate the general public in registering complaints and submitting suggestions and feedback regarding FIA services.
The new facility provides a simple, convenient and accessible mechanism for citizens to lodge complaints online and obtain a unique tracking number to monitor the status and progress of their complaints.
The QR Code is available on the official FIA website and is linked with the FIA’s Case Management System (CMS). Members of the public can scan the QR Code through their mobile phones to access the online complaint registration facility and submit their complaints electronically.
To ensure maximum public awareness and accessibility, the QR Code is also being displayed at FIA Immigration Check Posts, pre-departure counters at airports, land routes, seaports, zonal offices, circles and other FIA offices, particularly at public dealing points.
The initiative is aimed at making the complaint and feedback process more accessible to citizens while strengthening transparency, accountability and efficiency in public service delivery.
The FIA has encouraged members of the public to make use of the QR Code facility for lodging complaints, submitting suggestions and providing feedback regarding FIA services.
The agency said the initiative forms part of its ongoing efforts to improve public facilitation, strengthen institutional accountability and enhance the quality and responsiveness of its services.
