Rawalpindi, October 15, 2025(News Desk): The Pakistan Army has launched comprehensive counter-operations in response to unprovoked aggression from across the Afghan border. The operations, conducted in the Zhob and Chaman sectors, have resulted in the destruction of multiple Afghan Taliban posts and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) hideouts.
Heavy artillery strikes have been employed with precision, inflicting substantial human and material losses on the Afghan Taliban. Several militants have been reported killed or injured as a result of the retaliatory actions.
The targeted areas have witnessed intense mortar fire, turning the vicinity into a cloud of smoke as explosions continued to echo across the border region.
The Pakistan Army remains fully prepared and capable of responding decisively to any external aggression. It reiterates its resolve to safeguard Pakistan’s territorial integrity and ensure the security of its citizens at all costs.
