The Pakistan Athletics League is set to start an instructional course for public junior cooperative people on Wednesday at the Jinnah Arena, Pakistan Sports Complex. The camp is in anticipation of the South Asian Junior Sports Title, booked to happen in Chennai, India, from September 11 to 13.
As per Pakistan Sports Alliance President Brig (R) Wajahat Hussain 13 players will take part in the instructional course and will be prepared by qualified mentors.
He said that the public junior group will take part in the South Asian Sports Title to be held from September 11 in Chennai, India.
People’s groups from seven nations are taking part in the title, including has India, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, alongside Pakistan.
Fifteen classes of people are held in the title. Men’s occasions incorporate 100m race, 200m race, 400m race, 800m race, 1500m race, 3000m race, 110m obstacle race, long leap, triple leap, high leap, shot put, work area toss, spear toss, 4x100m transfer and 4x400m hand-off are incorporated while Ladies’ occasions incorporate 100m race, 200m race, 400m race, 800m race, 1500m race, 3000m race, 100m obstacle race, long leap, triple leap, high leap, shot put, work area toss, lance.
