Independent candidate Shahid Ahmed won the election in NA-38 Karak National Assembly constituency with 118,056 votes. According to unofficial results released by the returning officer/ECP, his runner-up was Jamiat Ulema Islam Pakistan candidate Shah Abdul Aziz, who polled with 40,965 votes.
