ISLAMABAD, 27 August 2026 (Ghufran): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, H.E. Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad following the completion of his official tenure in Pakistan. The Prime Minister congratulated Ambassador Al-Malki on the successful completion of his assignment and lauded his outstanding contribution to further strengthening the deep-rooted fraternal and strategic relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He conveyed his warmest regards and best wishes for the health and well-being of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan’s deep appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s steadfast support and generous assistance to Pakistan, as well as the Kingdom’s pivotal role in promoting peace and stability in the region. Ambassador Al-Malki expressed his profound gratitude to the Prime Minister and the Government of Pakistan for the warmth, cooperation and hospitality extended to him throughout his tenure. He described his stay in Pakistan as a deeply memorable and rewarding experience and reaffirmed his personal commitment to the continued strengthening of Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations.
