After the HBL Pakistan Super League 9 matches in Rawalpindi were completely scrapped on Saturday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has provided an update on full ticket refunds. Tickets purchased through express centres: Ticket buyers can request a refund from Tuesday 12 March through designated centers said on Sunday by PCB in a Press Release.
Ticket buyers must present the original ID card used to purchase the ticket as well as the physical ticket. Tickets purchased online.
This process will begin on Tuesday 12 March and refunds will be credited directly to the purchaser booking bank account.
Tickets purchased through corporate transactions will be refunded to the corporate entity only.
To avoid any duplication of credited amounts, individual refund requests will not be accepted. As per Clause 2.1 of the Ticket Refund Policy, PCB will refund the full value of tickets for Saturday matches. Article 2.1 of the policy reads. If a match is abandoned for any reason, including adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, prior to the draw for that match, the holder Tickets will be fully refunded.
In accordance with clause 3.3 of the policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of a valid request.
