Karachi, 07 August, 2026 (Kamran Raja):The Board of Directors of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL), in its 102nd Board Meeting and the first following the transition to private management, has approved a performance bonus equivalent to one month’s basic salary for all airline employees. The landmark decision reflects the new management’s commitment to investing in human capital and aligning the workforce with the airline’s comprehensive transformation and growth strategy.
According to the management, the performance bonus is intended to recognize the dedication, commitment, and hard work of PIACL employees while motivating them to achieve upcoming operational milestones, support route revivals, and further enhance customer service standards.
