United Nations, New York 23 July 2025( Ghufran )Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Ishaq Dar, met with Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal Fadhil Al-Ibrahim, on the sidelines of high-level events during Pakistan’s Presidency of the United Nations Security Council.
The two leaders reaffirmed the deep fraternal ties between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and expressed their shared commitment to achieving lasting peace, inclusive prosperity, and regional harmony. The discussions underscored the strong bilateral relationship and mutual goals in advancing the welfare of both nations.
Key areas of cooperation were explored, including food security, manufacturing, and the vital mines and minerals sector. Both sides acknowledged the potential for enhancing these sectors through greater collaboration and strategic investments. They agreed to take concrete steps toward fostering investments and technical partnerships that would yield long-term benefits for both countries.
