The couple shared the happy news through a joint Instagram post on September 19, featuring a picture of their newborn’s tiny footprint and a message reading “Welcome Baby Girl,” along with the date and the names Dua, Deepika and Ranveer. Friends from the film industry and fans quickly congratulated the couple and expressed their good wishes. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first daughter, Dua, on September 8, 2024. The couple announced their second pregnancy in April 2026 and later shared maternity photographs featuring Deepika, Ranveer and their daughter Dua. The name of their newborn daughter has not yet been publicly announced.
