My special thanks to the Chinese leadership, Shaanxi Government and the two universities. Appreciation for Ministry of National Food Security, HEC and Pak Embassy Beijing for their hard work in ensuring the success of this initiative. Following air safety improvements, the UK’s Air Safety Committee has lifted UK restrictions on Pakistani carriers.
