Torture is an abhorrent practice which not only violates human rights and fundamental freedoms, but also negates the principle of human dignity. New York, 26th Sept 2023: Top Pakistani diplomat has warned that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) could emerge as an umbrella organization for the terrorist groups in Afghanistan once Da'esh is eliminated, posing a threat to regional and international peace and security.
