Riyadh, November 17, 2025(Kamran Raja): The first shipment of Saudi Arabia’s grant to the Syrian energy sector arrived yesterday at the port of Banias, carrying approximately 650,000 barrels of Saudi crude oil. The delivery marks the initial installment of the 1.65 million-barrel crude oil grant provided by the Kingdom to support Syria’s energy infrastructure. The shipment was dispatched following the directives of the Saudi leadership, reaffirming the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the Syrian Arab Republic and strengthening bilateral cooperation.
