Bilateral Exercise Sea Guardian 2023 between Pakistan and China Naval Forces started in Karachi
Naval and aircraft, submarine and marine forces of Pakistan and China will participate in the exercise.
Chinese Navy Commander Rear Admiral Liang Yang was the chief guest at the opening ceremony.
Commander Pakistan Fleet Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi was also present on the occasion. Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi appreciated the strategic relationship between the naval forces of Pakistan and China. The conduct of exercise Sea Guardian will enhance the joint operations capabilities of the navies of the two countries. The Chinese commander expressed his determination to increase professionalism and achieve positive results from the bilateral exercise.

The purpose of this exercise is to promote integrated strategy and naval cooperation against conventional and non-conventional threats in the Indian Ocean.
Exercise Sea Guardian 2023 is a manifestation of the strong defense ties between the navies of Pakistan and China.
