Iranian Tanker Delivers 2 Million Barrels of Oil to China Despite US Blockade

Hundreds of Israelis Urge Opposition to Join Arab Parties to Remove Netanyahu

ISLAMABAD, 1 November, 2026 (Nosheen): An Iranian oil tanker carrying nearly two million barrels of crude oil has reportedly reached China after completing a voyage of approximately three and a half months, despite restrictions imposed under the US naval blockade. A tanker-tracking company confirmed the vessel’s arrival through satellite images showing it at a Chinese port. However, the company did not reveal the port’s location or disclose details about the ship’s ownership and journey. The development comes as Washington continues efforts to limit Iran’s oil exports and restrict its maritime trade amid rising tensions between the two countries. Iranian media had previously reported that no Iranian oil tanker had reached China since the United States introduced its naval blockade on July 14. The reported arrival could therefore represent an important breakthrough in Tehran’s efforts to sustain crude oil shipments despite US restrictions. China remains a key market for Iranian petroleum exports, although sanctions have created significant challenges for shipping operations, trade transactions and payment arrangements. The latest report highlights the continuing movement of Iranian oil to international markets despite efforts to disrupt the country’s maritime exports.
