In the healthcare sector, the plan proposes round-the-clock services at 250 facilities, vaccination services at basic health units and ensuring the availability of at least 80 per cent of essential medicines. Digital monitoring of the attendance of doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff is also envisaged. For education, the government plans to improve 1,500 schools and provide furniture to address shortages affecting approximately 700,000 students.

Rescue 1122 services would be expanded in southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while sports facilities and grounds would also be improved. Youth-focused initiatives include interest-free loans, vocational training, employment-oriented skills development, youth centres in government buildings, sports competitions and financial support for entrepreneurship and university research projects. In the energy sector, concessional financial assistance is proposed for 65,000 households, particularly widows and disadvantaged groups, to help them install domestic solar systems. The mining sector measures include medical examinations and technical training for miners, digitisation of mining records and the establishment of emergency response centres for mining accidents in Kohat, Abbottabad and Buner. According to sources, proposed names for the initiative include Mustahkam Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 180-Day Strategic Action Plan.
