LAHORE, 25 August 2026 (News Desk): Hira Qaiser from Faisalabad was crowned the winner of Pakistan Idol 2026 at the grand finale on Sunday, securing a cash prize of Rs1.5 million.Coming from a middle-class family, Hira impressed the judges and audience throughout the competition with her powerful voice and confident performances.The singer became emotional as she received the winning award from host Shafaat Ali while holding her baby boy.The grand finale turned into a celebration as confetti filled the stage and fellow performers and judges congratulated the new winner. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Atif Aslam, Bilal Maqsood, Zeb Bangash and Fawad Khan were among those who celebrated her victory.Following her win, Hira thanked Pakistan Idol and everyone who supported her during the competition, saying she was extremely happy and grateful for the opportunity. For her final performance, Hira sang a song by Mekaal Hasan and earned praise from the judges.
