Saudi Leadership Directs Intensified Air, Sea, and Land Aid to Gaza Through KSrelief

Riyadh, January 04, 2026(Kamran Raja): The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, have directed the intensification of air, sea, and land humanitarian aid efforts to address the ongoing humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, through the Saudi Campaign to Support the Palestinian People.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, said the directive reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s continued humanitarian commitment to assisting those affected in Gaza. He emphasized that the initiative is a continuation of the Kingdom’s longstanding historical role in supporting the Palestinian people during times of crisis and hardship, reaffirming that the cause of Palestine remains deeply rooted in the hearts of the Kingdom’s leadership and people.

Dr. Al Rabeeah expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for their generous humanitarian gesture, noting that continuous giving is a deeply embedded value of the Saudi people, consistently upheld under all circumstances.

Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, has established an air and sea bridge to deliver relief to the brotherly Palestinian people. To date, 77 aircraft and eight ships have transported more than 7,600 tons of food, medical, and shelter supplies. Additionally, 912 Saudi relief trucks have entered the Gaza Strip carrying essential aid, including food, shelter materials, medical items, and equipment. KSrelief has also delivered 20 ambulances to the Palestine Red Crescent Society.

Furthermore, the center has signed agreements with international organizations to implement relief projects inside the Gaza Strip valued at USD 90.35 million. In coordination with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, KSrelief has also conducted airdrop operations to overcome closed crossings and ensure the continued delivery of life-saving humanitarian assistance.

The Kingdom’s efforts underscore its unwavering commitment to alleviating human suffering and supporting the Palestinian people through sustained and comprehensive humanitarian action.
