Thirty-Five Indian-Sponsored Terrorists Eliminated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; Twelve Soldiers Embrace Shahadat: ISPR

Security Forces Neutralize 19 Indian-Sponsored Terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: ISPR

Rawalpindi, 13 September 2025(Kamran Raja): From 10–13 September, Security Forces conducted two successful engagements against Indian-sponsored terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, sending thirty-five militants to hell.

On confirmed reports of terrorist presence, an intelligence-based operation was launched in Bajaur District. During the operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorists’ location, and after an intense exchange of fire, twenty-two Khawarij were eliminated.

In a separate encounter in South Waziristan District, Security Forces neutralized thirteen more terrorists. However, during the fierce fire exchange, twelve brave sons of soil, having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat.

A cache of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the eliminated terrorists, who had been actively involved in numerous attacks in the region.

Intelligence reports have confirmed the physical involvement of Afghan nationals in these heinous acts. The continued use of Afghan soil by Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists against Pakistan remains a grave point of concern. Pakistan expects the Interim Afghan Government to fulfil its responsibilities and deny the use of its soil for terrorist activities against Pakistan.

Sanitization operations are underway to eliminate any remaining Indian-sponsored terrorists in the area. The Armed Forces of Pakistan remain resolute and determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism. The supreme sacrifices of our brave men further strengthen our resolve to ensure lasting peace and stability in the country.
