Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that infrastructural developement is imperative to generate economic activity for social wellbeing of masses. He said that the best use of public money on mega projects would save a lot of government exchequre. He said that ownership of provincial government of KPK on the Western route of CPEC is historical step. He expressed these views while chairing a review meeting on the projects of Dir-Chakadar motorway and viability of swabi By pass in parliament House today.
Speaker Asad Qaiser along with Mr.Murad Saeed Federal Minister for Communication viewed the progress of both the projects. Mr. Murad Saeed Federal Minister informed the meeting about alignment of Dir-Chakadar motorway . He also said that such kind of projects of vital for supporting tourism industry. He also said that the incumbent government is making all out efforts to complete public projects within stipulated time keep in view of the best use of public Money.
The MNAs from erstwhile FATA and Provinvincial legislatures were also present in the meeting. The Senior officers from Federal ministry of Communication , NHA , and Irrigation department of KPK government also attended the meeting.
