Islamabad, 29 Jan 2025 (Kamran Raja): The Pakistan Navy's newly commissioned ship Yamama visited Saudi Arabia on its voyage from Romania to Pakistan. Upon arrival at Jeddah port, the ship was warmly welcomed by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces and senior officials of the Pakistani Embassy. During the port stay, the ship's commanding officer held meetings with Saudi Arabia's leadership. Ships of the Pakistan Navy and Royal Saudi Naval Forces participated in the bilateral exercise. The objective of the exercise was to improve interoperability between the two navies and develop the capability for joint operations.
