17th January 2025, Islamabad( Kamran Raja): The Standing Committee on Housing and Works in a meeting held today in the Parliament House, Islamabad unanimously elected Moulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, MNA as its Chairman. Mr. Muhammad Mushtaq, Adviser (Legislation), National Assembly Secretariat welcomed the Committee Members and briefed about the procedure for election of the Chairman. Mr. Anwar ul Haq Chaudhary, MNA/Member proposed the name of Moulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, MNA as Chairman of the Committee while Mr. Zubair Khan Wazir, MNA/Member seconded his candidature.
