Quetta, 29 October, 2026 (Kamran Raja): Security forces have killed a terrorist during an intelligence-based operation in Minaz, an area of Balochistan’s Kech district, as part of the ongoing Operation Raddul Fitna 3, according to security sources. The sources said the operation was launched after terrorists attempted to establish a blockade while taking two women with them. Security forces pursued the militants as they tried to flee, triggering an exchange of fire in which one terrorist was killed. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the deceased militant, the sources added. Following the encounter, security forces launched clearance operations in the area to locate any other suspects who might still be present. Security sources said operations across the province would continue to eliminate remaining militant threats and maintain peace and security.
