Islamabad, 17 August 2026(Kamran Raja):The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Pakistan celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with Pakistani workers serving at the Saudi Embassy, in a warm display of friendship, brotherhood, peace, harmony and mutual respect between the two countries.
Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki personally joined the celebrations and participated in the cake-cutting ceremony held to mark Pakistan’s Independence Day.

The ambassador’s participation alongside Pakistani staff highlighted the strong bonds of friendship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and reflected the spirit of unity and respect shared by the people of both countries.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Al-Malki congratulated the Pakistani people on Independence Day and expressed his hope that Pakistan would continue its journey toward greater prosperity, stability and development in the coming years.
The celebration also reflected the deep people-to-people ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, with the Saudi Embassy staff joining their Pakistani colleagues in celebrating the national day in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
