
Sheikhupura 24 December 2025(Ghufran): On the joyous occasion of Christmas, government institutions, private organizations, and philanthropists stepped forward to share happiness with the Christian community. In this regard, two special events were organized in the Farooqabad area of Sheikhupura by the All Pakistan Pastors Alliance and Helping Hand Ministry, during which ration bags were distributed among 1,000 deserving Christian families.
Addressing the gatherings, Chairman All Pakistan Pastors Alliance Dr. Qaiser Shahzad, along with Christian religious leaders Bishop Amanat Masih Nazim Ashraf Athwal, Pastor Akhtar Masih, and other speakers, highlighted that Pakistan is a country where minorities enjoy a strong sense of belonging and religious freedom. They stated that minorities in Pakistan freely practice their faith, while the state ensures protection, security, and facilitation for places of worship, including churches, along with arrangements for their construction and repair.
The speakers emphasized that such initiatives reflect the spirit of interfaith harmony, tolerance, and brotherhood that is deeply rooted in Pakistani society.
During the events, Christmas cakes were cut by men and women, symbolizing shared joy and unity. Special prayerswere offered for the development, security, peace, and prosperity of the country. Additionally, dry ration bags sufficient for one month’s needs were distributed among 1,000 Christian families to support them during the festive season.
The organizers reiterated their commitment to continuing welfare activities for deserving communities and strengthening interfaith harmony across the country.
