Final Rounds of 45th King Abdulaziz International Quran Competition on Giant Screens at the Grand MosqueMakkah, August 12, 2025(Kamran Raja): The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance broadcast the final qualifying rounds of the 45th King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran on giant screens at the Grand Mosque in Makkah. The live streaming on large screens enabled visitors and worshippers to listen to the recitations in real time while viewing detailed information about each contestant, including their name and country.

In a move to ensure inclusivity, the ministry designated a fully equipped, separate hall for women, allowing female worshippers to follow the proceedings comfortably and with clear audio-visual access. This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to harnessing modern technology in the service of the Holy Quran, while keeping pace with digital advancements. It aligns with the ministry’s vision to enhance the quality of services provided to worshippers and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
