Elections of Balochistan weightlifting Association held at Quetta on 25 February 2023.
Ayyub Khan khilji unanimously designated Patron, while Aalam Din (International weightlifter) and Kashif Rehan (National weightlifter) were elected President and Secretary respectively, for a term of 4 years.
Azhar Iqbal (National weightlifter) was elected Treasurer.
Newly elected body expressed their resolve to work for the development of weightlifting in the province.
The elections were conducted by an election commission headed by Mr. Tariq Butt, advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Mr Najm-us-saeed and Tahir Mehmood, both International officials and players, and Mr Ali Raza (Director National Training and Coaching Centre Quetta) also witnessed and supervised the elections.
