New York 17 March 2025( Ghufran): The Consulate General of Pakistan in New York hosted an Iftar Reception today to honor distinguished women from the Pakistani-American community.
The event recognized the valuable contributions and achievements of prominent women who have excelled in diverse fields, including social services, healthcare, academia, advocacy, and community leadership.
In his welcoming remarks, Consul General Aamer Ahmed Atozai conveyed profound appreciation for the significant role that Pakistani-American women continue to play in strengthening the community, fostering bilateral ties between Pakistan and the United States, and projecting a positive image of Pakistan abroad. He reiterated the Consulate’s unwavering commitment to supporting and promoting the leadership of Pakistani-American women.
Consul General Atozai presented certificates of appreciation to the distinguished women attending the event, recognizing their exemplary commitment and outstanding achievements.
