New York, 8 June 2026(Kamran Raja):The Consul General of Pakistan in New York, Mr. Aamer Ahmed Atozai, attended the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected cabinet of the Khyber Society of America as the Chief Guest.
Addressing the gathering, the Consul General congratulated the incoming office-bearers and commended the Society’s longstanding efforts in promoting unity, cultural heritage, and community engagement among Pakistani-Americans, particularly those with roots in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He emphasized the important role of diaspora organizations in strengthening people-to-people ties and fostering a positive image of Pakistan abroad.
Mr. Atozai expressed his best wishes to the new cabinet and reaffirmed the Consulate’s support for initiatives aimed at serving and empowering the community.
