Islamabad, 17 June 2025(Kamran Raja): Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal met with Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zedong, in which they discussed further strengthening Pak-China economic cooperation. The Chinese delegation in the meeting also included high-level diplomatic and trade officials. The Chinese ambassador expressed satisfaction with Pakistan’s economic recovery and reform measures and appreciated the Prime Minister’s economic leadership.
The meeting discussed bilateral trade, investment, and cooperation in emerging sectors. The two countries emphasized promoting sustainable trade cooperation, economic integration, and the exchange of goods and services. The parties agreed to continue close ties and explore new economic opportunities.
