Islamabad, 04 May 2026(Kamran Raja): The Ambassador of China to Pakistan, Jiang Zaidong, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar today in Islamabad.
During the meeting, Ambassador Jiang extended his congratulations to the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister on Pakistan’s decisive success commemorated on the anniversary of Marka-e-Haq. He underscored the enduring strength and resilience of the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between Pakistan and China, describing it as a cornerstone of regional stability and cooperation.
DPM/FM Ishaq Dar appreciated the Ambassador’s sentiments and reiterated Pakistan’s firm commitment to further strengthening its iron-clad partnership with China. He emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation across all sectors, including trade, investment, infrastructure development, and people-to-people exchanges.
Both sides expressed satisfaction over the continued upward trajectory of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their resolve to deepen collaboration in pursuit of shared development and prosperity.
