The two leaders shared their opinions on significant local, national, and international events as well as the whole spectrum of bilateral ties. The two leaders’ repeated determination to enhance broad bilateral cooperation, notably in the areas of commerce, energy, connectivity, culture, and people-to-people interactions, highlighted the long history of links between Pakistan and Iran.

They also decided to work together to create cooperative strategies to address shared issues, such as the danger posed by terrorism. Both the Prime Minister and President Raisi emphasised the need for international efforts to bring about an immediate and unconditional ceasefire, lift the siege, and provide humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza. They also strongly and unequivocally condemned the Israeli occupation authorities’ indiscriminate use of force in Gaza for more than seven months.
