Honourable Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defence, visited Pakistan Day and had a meeting with the Army Chief of Staff
When the Saudi Minister of Defence arrived at Noor Khan Air Base, he was greeted with warmth. As the Armed Forces’ Special Guest of Honour, Prince Khalid Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud took part in the Joint Pakistan Day Parade.
Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was greeted at the event by Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir and Defence Minister Khawaja Asif. The magnificent Joint Services Parade was also watched by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir was greeted by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud following the event. During the meeting, they talked about topics of shared interest, fostering bilateral ties, and boosting collaboration across a range of industries, including defence.
“Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have historical and strong brotherly relations; Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have always been well-wishers of each other,” stated the Saudi Minister of Defence on this particular occasion.
The Saudi Defence Minister was commended by the Chief of Army Staff for coming to Pakistan. In addition, the esteemed visitor expressed gratitude to the Army Chief for having him participate in the Pakistan Day Parade as the honoured guest. Saudi Arabia’s Defence Minister, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, left Pakistan after a fruitful day and headed back home.
