ISLAMABAD, 15 September 2026 (Nosheen): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday reiterated the federal government’s resolve to continue working for the development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the welfare of its people. He expressed these views during a meeting with Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, who called on him at the Prime Minister House. During the meeting, they discussed matters related to law and order and the overall political situation in the country. The meeting also underscored the need to further promote harmony and cooperation between the federal and provincial governments and take effective measures to address public issues in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs Engineer Ameer Muqam and Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah were also present.
