Islamabad,27 August 2026(Kamran Raja): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, H.E. Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad following the completion of his diplomatic tenure in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister congratulated Ambassador Al-Malki on the successful completion of his assignment and appreciated his valuable contribution to further strengthening the longstanding fraternal and strategic relations between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif conveyed his warmest regards and best wishes for the health and well-being of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s deep appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s steadfast support and generous assistance to Pakistan, as well as the Kingdom’s important role in promoting peace, stability and cooperation in the region.
Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki expressed his profound gratitude to the Prime Minister and the Government of Pakistan for the warmth, cooperation and hospitality extended to him throughout his tenure.
The outgoing Ambassador described his time in Pakistan as a deeply memorable and rewarding experience and reaffirmed his personal commitment to the continued strengthening of the close and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif wished Ambassador Al-Malki continued success and prosperity in his future endeavours.
