Islamabad, August 8, 2026 (Nosheen):Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Chairman and Federal Minister Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has warmly welcomed the historic Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, describing it as a major milestone toward ensuring the protection and security of the Muslim Ummah.Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said the Makkah Defence Agreement and its endorsement by Islamic countries represent an important step toward strengthening the collective security and defence of Muslim nations. He said the strategic alliance among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye would further enhance the defence capabilities, self-reliance and strategic strength of the Muslim world.The MQM-P Chairman said the agreement was a historic development aimed at ensuring the security of the Holy Land, promoting lasting peace in the region and strengthening unity and solidarity among Muslim states.Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui expressed hope that the agreement would contribute to greater cooperation among Islamic countries and help establish a stronger and more secure environment across the region.
