The opening form of 7th International Pakistan Army Team Spirit( PATS) Exercise- 2024 was done at National Counter Terrorism Centre( NCTC) Pabbi today.
Director General Military Training opened the 60 hours long Patrolling Exercise which aims at enhancing military to military cooperation under complex transnational security terrain. A aggregate of 20 friendly countries including military spectators are sharing in the event. Major actors include Pakistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Maldives, Morocco, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkiye, United States of America and Uzbekistan while Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Myanmar, Germany, Indonesia, Japan and Oman will witness the exercise as military spectators. Pakistan Army Team Spirit is a charge specific and task acquainted professional military exercise organised annually in Pakistan. The exercise calls for loftiest standard of physical fitness, internal dexterity/ robustness and professional military moxie for quick decision making in varied situations during conduct of grueling operations in near real terrain. The end and objects of this exercise revolve around perseverance accredited through the platoon spirit. The exercise would help hone introductory martial attributes besides interoperability through sharing of innovative ideas and collective stylish practices.
