Pakistan Advocates a Comprehensive Peace-Building and Reconciliation Strategy toward Sustainable Peace in Libya
United Nations, April 17, 2025(Kamran Raja): Pakistan has called on all Libyan stakeholders to maintain the momentum to address all outstanding issues through meaningful dialogue constructively, thus paving the way for the unification of all institutions. While delivering Pakistan's statement during the UN Security Council briefing on the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Ambassador Usman Jadoon, Pakistan’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, said that Pakistan believes that lasting peace and stability in Libya can be achieved through free, fair, and transparent presidential and parliamentary elections.
